We need your input: Shape our communication with licensees

The Insurance Council is seeking feedback to shape its future communications with licensees about licence and practice requirements, and other important regulatory news.
Input will be gathered through a survey which will ask licensees:
- What type of information they find most useful
- How they want to receive that information
- How often they want to hear from the Insurance Council, and
- What types of communication activities the Insurance Council should prioritize.
The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. It will remain open until end of day
February 23, 2022.

Information from the survey will be used to identify opportunities for improvement and development in the Insurance Council’s interactions with licensees, and to prioritize communications and outreach activities.
